EFT or Emotional Freedom Technique is a form of energy psychology also popularly known as "Tapping." The technique can be used to release trapped emotions and facilitate behavior change in variety of areas such as depressed or anxious moods, emotional eating, social anxiety, perfectionism, a high degree of self-criticism, performance anxiety, text anxiety, anger management and more. EFT coaching is not a substitute for professional psychotherapy, rather a self help tool to add to one's coping skills in life.
